Our network

Within the Bärn-Netz network, GP practices, specialists and care services in the Bern region work together as part of a network — linked by standardised care pathways and personalised healthcare coordination, which ensures that you, as a patient, are never left in limbo.

Your journey through the Bärn-Netz

Imagine this: your GP suspects a condition that requires radiological investigation and, subsequently, possibly a referral to an orthopaedic specialist. In a traditional system, this would mean you would have to make phone calls, face waiting times and explain your medical history all over again.

In the Bärn-Netz, your healthcare coordinator takes care of these steps. They organise the referral, ensure that the radiologist receives all relevant background information, coordinate the follow-up appointment with the orthopaedic specialist and inform your GP of the findings.

Our services in detail
