Entrepreneur du futur : 24 months of development, innovation and prospects

Today we are celebrating the completion of the first intake of our in-house «Entrepreneur du futur» management programme - an important milestone for eight committed talents who are now receiving their training certificates.

The starting point: Inspiration Day
The Inspiration Day at the Bellevue Palace in Berne on 21 November 2023 marked the beginning of this adventure, providing participants with an opportunity for valuable exchanges with management and the Board of Directors and laying the foundations for 24 months of intensive development.

The stages of the Academy
Over the course of the various modules, participants acquired in-depth knowledge of the various dimensions of the healthcare sector:

• Local management - recruitment, conflict management and team development, with immersion in a clinic.
• Our patients, our customers - patient-centred care, ethics, data protection and quality, combining theory and practice.
• Finance - financial management, internal control, reporting and consolidation with experts.
• Public Affairs - finding out about the parliamentary system, discussions with politicians and the Board of Directors.
• Employment Law - practical foundations for managing complex leadership situations.
• Pricing & coding - strategic and operational perspectives on SwissDRG and Tarmed.
• Care & Operating Theatre - focusing on theatre management, quality and inter-professional collaboration.
   

We would like to thank all the speakers and experts for their valuable contributions and for enriching these modules.

Interdisciplinarity & Mentoring
The programme also included travel to Group sites, language courses and personalised mentoring, with the aim of developing multi-skilled leaders for Swiss Medical Network.
