Quality Day 2025: Swiss Medical Network strengthens learning and quality culture

On 11 November 2025, experts from the Swiss Medical Network met at the Privatklinik Obach in Solothurn for their annual Quality Day. The day was dedicated to the concept of «just culture» – an approach that focuses on trust, openness and learning in order to continuously and sustainably improve the quality of healthcare.

Exciting presentations by Patient Safety Switzerland, Gaëlle Moos and Philippe Ammann highlighted how a just culture can be put into practice and what positive effects it has on teams and patient safety.

Interactive group sessions were followed by practical workshops on the balanced scorecard, moderated by Christine Reutlinger and Sylvie Larenaudie. The focus was on linking quality strategies and concrete improvement measures.

Finally, the results were presented and participants reflected together on how Swiss Medical Network can further promote and advance its quality culture in a targeted manner.
